Dr. Jeffrey Wallace has helped thousands of people at Carroll Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center since 1999. As a chiropractor with over 15 years of experience, he is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellness with chiropractic, diet, exercise, and a positive mental attitude.

Chiropractor
Eugene Neddo D.C.
Dr. Eugene Neddo, Jr. is a 2006 graduate of McDaniel College in Westminster MD with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education with a minor in Sports Management and Coaching.
His chiropractic experience began as a chiropractic assistant in 2007 and after one year, he decided to attend chiropractic college at New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Neddo graduated from NYCC in 2012 and joined Dr. Wallace at Carroll Chiropractic until 2017 when he opened his private practice. Dr. Neddo returned to Carroll Chiropractic in 2022 to be closer to his family.
Dr. Neddo lives in Westminster MD with his wife, two children, and their dog. Dr. Neddo has a certification in treating neuropathy and chronic, intractable pain and is currently learning how to assess for diagnosing traumatic brain injuries in order to help patients that have suffered injuries in sports competitions or automobile crashes.
Dr. Neddo is an avid Baltimore sports fan and enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time with his family, and delivering quality chiropractic care to his patients.

Kathryn Bennett D.C.
Dr. Kathryn Bennett has been helping people through chiropractic for over 27 years. She loves empowering others through chiropractic and education about lifestyle. She enjoys family chiropractic practice seeing infants, toddlers, and children, as well as their parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents.
